Robust support across the world

We provide a structured way for team members to connect with peers who share similar backgrounds, life experiences and interests through our local diversity teams and Employee Resource Groups (ERGs). The ERGs are open to all team members - welcoming all allies, not just the community they represent. 

We provide formal coaching and mentorship programmes to ensure that everyone has the resources to be successful in their role. 

Our global diversity councils drive honest dialogue on the issues we all face. Guiding the councils are three foundational pillars — talent and opportunity, inclusive culture and community engagement — which the teams seek to address to foster an environment where success is within reach for everyone. 

Team members are encouraged to share their experiences and backgrounds so others can learn, grow and expand their understanding of the lived experiences of others.

Walking the walk

We extend our dedication to the communities where we do business by partnering with national organisations, as well as getting involved with events and organisations at the local level. 

From celebrations to volunteer events, we participate in efforts throughout the year to support groups that reflect our team members' makeup. 

We also continue to expand our efforts to connect with and support businesses of all sizes and backgrounds, creating opportunities and fostering economic growth in the communities where we operate.
