Meet Cameron

Starting as an Apprentice, Cameron’s favourite part of his role is working on different types of vehicles, as well as the support and training he receives. 

Training and Development

Join us, and you’ll embark on a journey of professional growth and development with our comprehensive training programmes tailored for both Light Commercial Vehicle (LCV) and Heavy Goods Vehicle (HGV) Technicians.

Starting with essential skills such as abrasive wheel handling and manual operations, you'll progress through basic and advanced diagnostics, specialised equipment handling including crane operation, and mastery of various vehicle systems.

Our structured curriculum encompasses certifications in leading automotive brands like Ford, Mercedes, and Iveco, as well as training in alternative fuel technologies and safety protocols.

Whether you're pursuing an LCV Apprenticeship or completing your HGV qualification, the training doesn't end there. You'll advance through our development plan, culminating in the prestigious title of Master Technician.

Alongside technical proficiency, you'll gain valuable experience in vehicle maintenance, servicing, and repairs, preparing you for roles ranging from Workshop Technician to Vehicle Repair Manager.

Career Path

Apprenticeship 

By undertaking a Level 3 Heavy Goods Vehicle (HGV) qualification over a three-year period, your learning journey will continue as you progress through our comprehensive training and development plan, ultimately reaching the level of Master Technician. 

Mobile or Workshop Technician 

You will be responsible for a range of general vehicle maintenance duties, including MOT preparation, servicing, repairs, handling breakdowns, and performing preventative maintenance inspections on both light and heavy vehicles. 

Senior Technician 

Technicians support Workshop Managers by repairing vehicles and assisting with managerial tasks as needed. This role not only ensures the smooth operation of the workshop but also prepares Technicians for future advancement within the business. 

Lead Technician 

The Lead Technician / Workshop Manager oversees the workshop's operations, staff, resources, and inventory to ensure safety, efficiency, and quality. Responsibilities include managing daily tasks, conducting appraisals, maintaining records, controlling stock, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. 

Area Maintenance Manager 

You will be based in an assigned region, where you will manage the engineering team, drive workshop productivity and efficiency, and travel to various sites, working closely with Area Managers.
