Health

We provide access to private healthcare for our assistant managers and above through Western Provident Association (WPA). Team members may add their dependents for a monthly fee.

A voluntary discount dental plan via SimplyHealth/Denplan is available for our UK team members.

Financial Security

The Enterprise Mobility Retirement Savings Plan is open to all team members and includes a company contribution and the opportunity to make personal contributions upon hire.

Enterprise Mobility provides, at no cost to you, life assurance equal to three times your annual earnings. A voluntary flex life assurance is plan is offered for a monthly fee.

Long-term disability (LTD) coverage is available for our assistant managers and above, and is designed to provide a portion of your income if you are disabled and can no longer work. Enterprise Mobility pays the full cost of this benefit by paying premiums to the insurer. LTD benefits, if approved, begin after 28 weeks of absence due to incapacity.

Enterprise Mobility provides both paid and unpaid time off as a way to help balance the needs of our personal and professional lives. That's why we make the following types of time off and leaves of absence available for team members:

Provides confidential consultation 24 hours a day, whether you are preparing for the arrival of a new child, dealing with a change at home or struggling with an emotional concern. Our programme allows you access to both licensed counsellors and work/life specialists who can provide specialised assistance or in-person short-term counselling for a broad range of needs. 

We provide access to Virtual GP services, at no cost to you.  Virtual GP provides access to virtual consultations with a qualified GP from your smart device. 

Alternative work arrangements let team members to work flexibly or work reduced hours in order to manage their personal commitments.
