Congratulations! You’ve made it to final stage of our interview process – the branch visit. This stage is a great opportunity to showcase your skills while experiencing what makes Enterprise Mobility such a dynamic and rewarding place to work. You’ll gain first-hand insight into our culture and day-to-day operations, as well as the opportunity to meet the team.

Your visit will last approximately 3 hours, consisting of a 2-hour in-branch experience followed by a competency-based interview with the Area Manager who is responsible for that region.

Preparing for the Branch Visit
There is no doubt that you have done plenty of research on Enterprise Mobility in order to reach this stage of the interview process, but there is no harm in going the extra mile to impress. Take some time to re-explore the careers website and also follow our Instagram page to learn about the organisation and to also get a sense of the culture and team you’ll potentially be working with.

Branch Visit
During your visit, you’ll get the chance to meet our team, see how we work, and ask questions to learn more about our culture. Here’s what to expect during the branch visit:

  • The opportunity to engage with the team to demonstrate your initiative, enthusiasm, and interpersonal skills.
  • The chance to share your thoughts, ideas, and questions – we want to get to know you just as much as you’ll learn about us.
  • The ability to get hands-on with our day-to-day operations and make sure that this is the right role for you.

How to stand out
You might think that asking questions shows a lack of knowledge, but that’s not the case. At Enterprise Mobility, communication is crucial, and asking questions is an integral part of learning and development. Asking thoughtful questions to expand on your research shows a strong interest in the organisation and the role. It’s beneficial to have questions prepared for throughout the day and for the end of your interview. However, the most effective way to make a positive impression is to actively engage. Take initiative by introducing yourself to the team and participating wherever possible. Greet customers and take the opportunity to enquire about team member’s daily tasks. This is an excellent chance to showcase your skills in a less formal setting if you struggle with expressing them in an interview. Engage with everyone you encounter throughout the visit, from customers to the Area Manager, and get stuck in.

Branch Interview
After the branch visit, you’ll have your competency-based interview with the Area Manager and a member of the branch team. To prepare for your interview, take some time to reflect on your experience. Remember, we’ve been impressed by your achievements and the potential you’ve shown so far. This is an opportunity to highlight how you can make an impact. Remember, the core competencies we assess you on are:

  • Sales aptitude
  • Customer service aptitude
  • Communication
  • Work ethic
  • Flexibility
  • Leadership

Make sure you structure your answers – the STAR framework (Situation, Task, Action, Result) works great for this. Draw from a variety of examples such as university, work experience and extracurricular activities, to enhance your answers and give the best example you can. Speak clearly and confidently, and be proud of your achievements. Also, be sure to prepare those questions for the Area Manager – it’s a great chance to learn more about us and them.

Should you need any adjustments or accommodations during the entire interview process, please don’t hesitate to contact your recruiter. They are there for support and guidance throughout the whole process.
