We are extremely pleased to announce that Enterprise Rent-A-Car has been awarded a ‘Gold’ standard in a recent gender and race equality benchmarking survey carried out by Opportunity Now and Race For Opportunity.
This ‘Gold’ award puts Enterprise in the Top 10 list of private companies who participated in the survey – putting us in great company alongside other influential organisations including BT, KPMG, PwC and The Royal Bank of Scotland.
The Opportunity Now & Race for Opportunity benchmarking survey is the UK’s most comprehensive survey of gender, race equality and diversity in the workplace. It provides a diversity ‘health-check’ for employers and highlights strengths as well as areas for improvement. Enterprise plan to use this benchmarking tool to analyse our workplace practices and culture; helping us to ensure that we remain an organisation in which workplace equality is a reality and allowing us to continue to reap the tangible benefits of a diverse workplace.
