Enterprise Management Trainee wins at Disability Progress Awards

We are delighted to share that Graduate Management Trainee, Jessica Hayes, was presented with the award for ‘Most Powerful Personal Story’ for the article she wrote for MyPlus+ Students Club at the MyPlus+ Annual Reception and Disability Progress Awards in London.

MyPlus+ Students Club is a website that provides valuable career information to assist students, that have a disability or long-term health condition, realise their career potential. MyPlus+ described Jess’ article as “simple, genuine and relatable. It is incredibly easy to read and relate to for a student that has never worked before in a professional role.”

After winning, recent University of Lincoln graduate, Jess, said “Getting the award came as a complete shock to me, especially because I don’t see my disability as something that holds me back; I see it as my superpower!
