We are excited to announce the opportunity for multiple Insurance Claims Management Interns to join our dynamic team within our Insurance Claims Department at our contact center in Aldershot.
This internship will offer you the opportunity to specialise within either our Damage Recovery Unit or our Non Fault Team - both integral departments that support the majority of brands that sit under the Enterprise Mobility umbrella.
The Damage Recovery team oversee the administration and cost recovery of all damage that occurs to our fleet of 100,000+ vehicles in the UK & Ireland for Enterprise, National, Alamo & Enterprise Car Club.
The Non Fault claims team oversee the processing, monitoring and recovery of all our UK Non Fault claims. These are when a customer is involved in a non fault accident and Enterprise provide a replacement vehicle and repair services.
You wont need prior industry experience, it is learning by doing, not by getting coffee or filing all day. Our university interns take on the same challenges on their internship as our first and second year full-time professionals. You’ll be part of a team-based environment where Enterprise employees are supportive and fun to work with.

This position will commence in Summer 2025 and offers a varied role with exciting and unique learning and development opportunities. The ideal candidate will have strong organisation and communication skills, excellent time management and exceptional attention to detail.
This role will be based in Aldershot, Hampshire for the entire 12 months. Our office is centrally located with great transport links to nearby towns including: Farnborough, Farnham, Basingstoke, Guildford, Bracknell and Woking.
