On International Women’s Day and every day, we #EmbraceEquity and are committed to breaking down barriers that stand in the way of allowing people to thrive. We asked our colleagues to share their thoughts on how and why they embrace equity at work:
“Working at Enterprise has allowed me to connect with employees to embrace equity along with the differences that everyone brings into the workplace. This helps us connect with our community, our customers and engage our employees.”

“Being from Greece was always a challenge to blend in with the locals in UK and Ireland. Enterprise helped me personally by giving me the opportunity to learn and help others that are facing the same issue. The learning process is ongoing and started through awareness days and events back when I started in the region covering Scotland and Northern Ireland and it was evolved during my time in Ireland when I became part of the Diversity Equity & Inclusion committee.”
